What we collect and why
Account data. Your email address, your name and a hash of your password, so we can create and operate your account. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
Billing data. Handled by our payment processor. We never see or store full card numbers. Legal basis: performance of a contract, and compliance with a legal obligation.
Content you upload. The 3D models you submit for rendering and the viewer links you publish. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
Operational telemetry. Editor session activity and access patterns, used for license enforcement, abuse prevention and service reliability. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the service.
Usage statistics. Which pages are viewed, the page that referred you, how far you scroll, how long you stay and whether the page was interacted with, recorded against a random session identifier held in your browser. Collected by our own software on our own infrastructure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the service.
Who processes data on our behalf
We use a small number of providers under contract, none of which may use your data for their own purposes: a database and authentication provider, our hosting and content delivery provider, and our payment processor. Where any of them processes data outside the European Economic Area, that transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Account and content data are kept for as long as your account is open, and for a limited period afterwards where we need it to resolve disputes or meet a legal obligation. Billing records are kept for the period Spanish tax and accounting law requires. Usage statistics are kept only as long as they are useful for the purpose described above. Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) you may ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to erase it, to restrict how we process it, to receive it in a portable form, and you may object to processing we carry out on the basis of legitimate interest.
